Lovely interviews BR. My Yoga teacher, who has been conducting drawing based psychotherapy sessions for many decades once told me something very disturbing.
In his experience working with women dealing with sexual abuse, he shared that in his sessions, whenever women who drew an image of themselves by getting in touch with their subconscious, they couldn’t draw their feet well. He attributed it to the fact that most women, after such trauma, couldn’t find their feet in the ground.
After I came out of the movie, this little piece of nugget made me see Swapna in a wheel chair in a completely different light.
