My video interview with Pushkar and Gayatri, on the eve of the release of Vikram Vedha (that is, provided the theatres remain open). The promos are out first — these are bits that did not make it to the final cut of the interview. The latter will be published early next week.

Thanks for the information, sir.
Oram po is a celebration of Chennai… I totally felt that when I watched the movie. I had just returned from my internship in Chennai back home and the movie made me so nostalgic about Chennai that it took me some days to overcome that melancholy! 😄

Can you tell me the location of this interview ? I am checking to conduct offsite for my team members. I want to use the conference room adjacent to your interview spot

As Bhim-boy would remark to Kamal in Michael Madana Kama Rajan – “Enakku moonu theriyudhu boss”, it was like watching 3 Baradwaj Rangans discussing among themselves, for their views on pitching, tone, writing, sensibility etc were akin to what you’d write in this blog.
And for Pushkar – Gayathri, they seem to set relationship goals for others – such a synchronized interview, no interjections, no contradictions, no corrections – well done.
As someone who loved Va Quarter Cutting, much to the shock of my colleagues, this director-couple have ample quirk, which may or may not yield marvels at the BO, but would definitely give them a rocking experience making movies. Kudos

Lovely interview BR 😉 Am I the only one who had a smile on my face when they said they are not conflicty by nature? They wouldn’t allow each other to finish their thought- but their dynamic seems to work beautifully despite the conflict. Best wishes for VV

A really fine interview. i liked that discussion about art and craft. And i get a feeling that there is a dearth of good professional screen writers in tamil cinema. every writer director seems to be writing the script himself because he has no choice.

Maybe your chair was positioned in that way to get the best camera angle but it sort of seemed to put the woman out of your line of vision. I have not seen their other interviews but I feel maybe this was one reason why she felt the need to sort of cut in at some points.
